Uploaded file has 0 bytes on the server - 2004/12/08 04:07 If every time you upload a file to the server, it becomes empty or zero bytes after it is uploaded, it is most likely because of a personal firewall setting that you have on your computer or from a broadband hardware router.

To fix the problem, either configure your personal firewall or router to allow your own FTP connection, or temporarily disable your firewall while you are FTP'ing (we really DONT recommend disabling your firewall, but it works in a pinch).

If you are having trouble configuring or disabling your personal firewall, please contact the manufacturer of the firewall software to assist you.

You may also submit a trouble ticket and include the type of software firewall or hardware router that you are using and one of our support staff will attempt to find a resolution for you.
