Yes, for web hosting. Use our signup form to create an account for yourself. If within 30 days, you determine that you are not satisfied, just contact us and we will remove your account and refund your money in full. If you do have problems, let us know so we can try to help because our customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
No, for custom web designs. We do not refund money on custom web site designs. These are paid in two steps, half down at the start of the contract (non-refundable) the other half when the design is accepted and published. Once you accept the design and it is published, the contract has been fully executed. Obviously, we can make minor modifications for you during the first 6 months after it is published per the contract, but anything major is a billed expense. We obviously hope you notify us during the first half of the contract if you do not like something.
