Technical Support / Help Desk Technicians - 2005/12/10 09:18
Job Description: We are always looking for individuals who can provide technical support. We hire technical support technicians for both our office locations (work in our offices), and also remote locations (work from your home). As a technical support / help desk technician, your responsibilities include providing technical support to our customers, problem solving, keeping detailed logs, updating online forms. Technical support is provided by telephone and internet methods such as email, trouble ticket areas, and instant messenger.
Job Requirements/Qualifications: Applicants should have experience in Linux/FreeBSD/Windows web hosting environment. You should have HTML/PHP experience programming experience, along with MySQL database experience. Applicants should be self-motivated and able to work in a timely fashion, on multiple problems, for multiple customers.
Pay: We offer wages and benefits packages for full and part-time employees based on qualifications.
