Xtreme Web Hosts is always in search for digital artists.
Currently we do not have any full-time positions available, but we offer contract based work on an as-needed basis. Read below to find out how this works.
Required qualifications:
* great communication skills
* thorough understanding of web hosting
* 1 year experience in the field
* Internet marketing experience
* high quality web graphics, or other types of web-based multimedia technologies
Xtreme Web Hosts pays digital artists on a contract based method. Web hosting is a global service, therefore digital artists can work anywhere in the world. When our work load is high, we often offer contract based work for custom graphics and other types of multimedia.
Here is how it works:
First, we place a job opening and notify all of the persons who are available for this type of work. We provide a complete description of what is required and the time frame we need it completed in. You then place a bid on the job. We review the bids, and if you are awarded the job, we pay your bid price. If you do not complete the job, or do not complete the job on time, or do not provide acceptable work, we simply do not pay you. In the event your complete the job but our client does not approve it, you will be given the opportunity to complete the job to the customers satisfaction. If the image is not used, you do not get paid.
