How long does it take to set up my account? - 2004/12/08 00:40
We would love to say it is instant, and we try to keep the time as minimal as possible. We generally say to allow us up to 6 hours, give or take some time depending on our current workload and how many clients we have waiting in our cue of new sign-ups.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from us saying your account is ready within 24 hours of ordering your account, please submit a trouble ticket. There is always a chance that you never received the email that we sent you.
