I cannot upload files with my Mac Finder.... - 2004/12/08 04:17 While the Finder program on Macintosh computers can connect to any FTP server, a limitation of the program is that it can only connect with read access. That means you will not be able to upload any files or change anything on the server while using Finder, and will need to use an FTP program such as the 'ftp' terminal program, or Fetch.

We have a couple of free apple/mac ftp clients in our free files link on the left.
