Xtreme Web Hosts pays sales representatives on a commission based method. Web hosting is a global service, therefore sales representatives can work anywhere in the world. Sales representatives do our legwork for us, sell our services in web hosting and web site designs, provide us with the details of the job, set up accounts. Our commission based method is paid as follows: We will pay you 20% of any new web hosting account that you sell (does not include domain name registration fees because we sell them at costs), We will pay you 20% of any account that you transfer to our hosting services (does not include any domain name registration or transfer fees). We will pay you 35% of any web site design that you sell (you do not need to know how to program or create graphics. We will do all of this work, you simply are the contact for the customer and may need to work with them during the design process)
Here are some examples pay scales:
1 - You know a small business owner who is looking for a hosting provider. They do not currently have a web site or domain name. You tell them you can get web hosting that suits their needs for our basic hosting package of $5.95 per month and our basic web design fee for a static web site ($450 includes all programming and images). You tell them that if they pre-pay for one year of web hosting that they will get an additional month for free. The customer wants to use their existing image / letterhead as the image for their web site. Customers costs is $14.95 for domain name, $450 for web site design, and $71.40 for 13 months of web hosting. You set the initial account up on our server (it gets simple information such as domain name requested, contact name, billing address, type of service). We design their web site, bill the customer when completed, set up all email addresses, etc. Your commission on this sale would be $14.28 + $157.50 = $171.78
2 - You know a business who has an existing web site but their web hosting provider is not very reliable. They have a huge web site and databases that needs to be moved. You sell them a premium web hosting plan at $39.95 a month. They sign up for one year and get an additional month for free. The total sale comes to $479.40 The only thing you do is fill out the new customer form, providing their account type, name, billing address. You commission would be $95.88 for 10 minutes of work.
As you can see, if you are self motivated, you can easily make $1,000 a week for doing a little legwork. We send you a check as soon as the customer pays us and the transaction is completed.
