We are no longer officially supporting mambo - 2006/05/24 12:13
With the first split of mambo and the formation of joomla, we were a little hesitant to follow in either direction. We have seen many open-source software splits in the last 10 years and sometimes truth isn't always what it seems. Initially, we offered support for both Content Managment Systems (Mambo and Joomla) for our customers. However recently, new details have become available which definately points in the direction we will take with supporting either CMS.
For the full story, please read here: http://www.linux-watch.com/news/NS3233314167.html
Due to this recent information, we urge all accounts who are using mambo to follow the upgrade to joomla guide in order to continue receiving our technical support for your web site. http://help.joomla.org/content/view/818/181/
We will assist our customers in this migration if you request a support ticket for your web site.
Those who continue to use the mambo cms on their web sites will need to request support for mambo related issues from the official mambo web site (free) or from our technical support ticket department (no longer free).
