XtremeWebHosts.com
XtremeWebHosts is a company started in 1997 as a split off of RHP Studios web design division who had become increasingly unsatisfied with 3rd party hosting costs and poor support that we had to pass on to our clients as the middle-man. RHP Studios is well known for providing the best service and support to our clients, yet our web hosting division had to rely on a 3rd party to resolve any questions or problems that arose on their servers, since we did not own them. Sometimes these support requests would take 24 or more hours just to get a simple response and to us that simply was not acceptable. Very seldom did our clients, obviously more understanding, complain, but our internal technical support departments were going crazy over this problem. We got tired of playing middle-man, phone tag, telling our customers that we had sent a support request ticket and we were waiting on a resolution, and all the other hassles that come with this type of middle-man hosting service. XtremeWebHosts was born from this unsatisfaction with 3rd party hosting providers, lack of control over managing the servers, and the 3rd party hosting companies lack of providing timely support. We invested a great deal of time and money into our own servers and multiple network connections to resolve the problems we stated above. Basically, we stopped being the middle man! Now when our clients have a problem or question, there is no middle-man and they come straight to us. We guarantee our customers satisfaction! Now our reputation is in our own hands! Have a look at some of what we have accomplished over the years below:
Network:
To ensure maximum redundancy and uptime we use multiple providers. Our current internet providers are as follows:
Allegiance Telecom -- 1 Gbps (GigE)
Global Crossing -- 1 Gbps (GigE)
Level 3 -- 1 Gbps (GigE)
Sprint -- 1 Gbps (GigE)
Time Warner -- 1 Gbps (GigE)
UUNet/MCI -- 1 Gbps (GigE)
Verio/NTT -- 1 Gbps (GigE)
AT&T -- DS3

Data Center:
When you host your site(s) with us you can rest assured that the server
you are on is being monitored 24 hours a day with onsite staff. So if
you have a problem at any hour of the day someone is available to solve
any problems or respond to any requests.

Server Specs:
One of most commonly asked questions is what are the specifications of
the server my site will be on. The servers we purchase are state of the
art, top of the line, servers from Dell Corporation. Each has, on
average, two Intel Xeon Processors, 2 GB of RAM, and SCSI hard drives
configured in RAID for redundancy. We spend thousands of dollars on our
servers for quality servers. We don't believe servers are the place to
save money because our clients demand reliability not cost cutting.
