I want to apologize for my mistake. You were correct in that my computer had viruses and spyware blocking me from reaching my web site. It was not a problem with your server as I thought.

I am sending your company a check for their help even though your technical support team would not accept it over the telephone. They spent the better half of a day helping me to clean up my computer over the phone and I feel it is the least I could do. I am inclosing a check for $250 which is what a local computer technician told me he would have charged to fix it.
