providers with the amount of data we had in our database and the fear
of downtime during the transition, but your technical support team
walked us through saving our old site and database for the transfer
before we were even your customers. Not only did you correct our
in-house programmers errors when importing the database, we experienced
no down time.
From G.MI want to apologize for my mistake. You were correct
in that my computer had viruses and spyware blocking me from reaching
my web site. It was not a problem with your server as I thought.
I am sending your company a check for their help even though your
technical support team would not accept it over the telephone. They
spent the better half of a day helping me to clean up my computer over
the phone and I feel it is the least I could do. I am inclosing a check
for $250 which is what a local computer technician told me he would
have charged to fix it. Note

Thanks for answering my recent questions. Not only did you insist on responding promptly to inquires and provide helpful links to a non-cutomer, you were also willing to actually do the work to fix other peoples problems:). Thanks for all your help, we will be hosting with you soon!
